Saturday, I drove downtown to Grand Central Market on a whim. I hadn't been there in a long, long time.



The prices are ridiculously low...cheaper than any of the Farmer's Markets, I think. Although both the tomatoes and the blueberries I bought were ripe to over-ripe.






I ordered some Mexican street food for breakfast-lunch (not brunch, this just isn't a brunch place). A chichurron taco and an al pastor gordita.



They really have it all here. Every kind of meat, vegetable, fruit, spice, fish and seafood.

Even something for what ails you.
