Adam and I took the tube and those fabulous double decker buses around the city. I popped my head into many museums--the two Tate Galleries were my favorites. We stopped at Harrod's in Kensington to buy tea, but it reminded me too much of Vegas. Seriously, it felt like I was in Caesar's Palace. We had lunch at a Polish restaurant that had a functioning dumbwaiter. In the evening I went to a concert at St. Martin's in the Field, while Adam met his parents and went to the last night of the Proms in Hyde Park. He tried to convince me to go, but going to SMitF has always been a dream of mine. How nice that it was just around the corner from my hotel in Trafalgar Square.
