A couple of things I'm super duper excited about right now. One, I discovered the blog, A Bloomsbury Life, by local designer Lisa Borgnes Giramonti. But I'm not the first. She's already been profiled in W, the LA Times and California magazine, and I'm not even jealous. How much do you love the idea of living an eccentric yet gorgeously designed English-style life with a literary bent, right off Hollywood and Vine? Because I love it a lot. This is one of those blogs you could get lost in all day long. Plus, she does old-school embroidered sayings, or "revelations in thread"--deep thoughts that speak to "botox" "perky boobies," "Prada" and "Trader Joe's" bags.

Also, the launch of Lonny magazine, which looks to fill the hole Domino left in our hearts. I have high hopes for this one. You can page though the entire magazine on the site.
