The philosophy behind Mavenhaus is simple yet genius: collaborate with designers to create limited edition collections. When each piece in the collection ordered, the sale is closed, and the styles are produced. Then the credit cards are charged and the items are sent to the customers.
It means a little more of a wait than we're used to in our culture of instant gratification. But the pieces are truly collector's items, there is no waste in their production. Beautiful, quality wardrobe investments created in small batches by designers such as Claire Vivier, Erin Templeton and Brochu Walker--yes, please.
Here are some of the current collections still open for sale.
